Day 3 Provencal Cooking School
Your day begins around 10:00 AM as you join chef Marc for a trip to the Aix market where you will shop for the day’s cooking class. You will return to his antique countryside bastide (about 15 minutes outside of town) for the hands-on cooking class in English. The three or four course class will feature typical Provençal cuisine and will be followed by lunch. There is time after the class to enjoy the estate’s beautiful gardens.
Day 4 Visit to local Vineyard with opportunity for wine tasting
