2. Prices include linen, bills, one change of linen mid-week, and cleaning of room at end of stay.
3. Breakfast is not included in these prices, but is available on request.
4. 30 % deposit required to secure booking with balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
5. A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon arrival. This will be refunded on departure provided there are no damages incurred.
